Job Overview
The Bread & Table Marketing Project Manager will support our Chief Brand Officer across multiple hospitality brands. You’ll turn ideas into action — managing timelines, coordinating with teams, executing activations, and tracking budgets. This role is all about organization, follow-through, and staying hands-on.  You'll be responsible for the “how and when” — ensuring that marketing projects and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

    • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across brands and departments

    • Track marketing budgets for multiple brands and maintain clear documentation of all spend

    • Ensure all activations, campaigns, and projects stay within approved budgets

    • Work closely with the CBO to prioritize tasks, prep for meetings, and move initiatives forward

    • Support pop-ups, partnerships, and in-person events, including logistics and on-the-ground coordination

    • Communicate with department and brand leads to gather updates and align on timelines

    • Occasionally support light content capture or posting (photos, short-form video, etc.)

      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

    • Organized and proactive — you don’t need to be chased to get things done

    • Comfortable managing details across multiple brands and projects at once

    • Financially minded — you can keep track of budgets and spot when something’s off

    • Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams and levels

    • Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic project or task management tools

    • 1–3 years in a marketing, operations, field coordination, or project support role

    • Experience in hospitality, events, or local brand activations is a bonus

    • Lead, manage, and hold accountable Marketing Coordinator

      REPORTS TO :

      • Brandon Wooten, Chief Brand Officer of Bread & Table

  • Full-Time, salaried position

    • Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

    • Compensation reviewed annually


    BENEFITS

    • Paid Time Off: 15 days 

    • PTO may not be carried over to the following year. 

    • Unpaid additional time may be permitted with advance notice.

    • Observed Holidays: 

      • New Year’s Day (observed)

      • Memorial Day

      • 4th of July 

      • Labor Day

      • Thanksgiving Day 

      • Christmas Day (observed)

    • Health Insurance: Salaried employees are eligible to join the company health plan and receive a $300 employer contribution starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment  

    • Vision and Dental: Employees are eligible to join the company vision and dental plan on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

    • Group Life Insurance 

    • Simple IRA: Company match of up to 3% of employee’s base salary. 

    • Parental Leave: Up to twelve (12) weeks of leave at base pay for birth or adoption

    • 40 - 45 hrs per week 

    • This role requires residency within 30 minutes of the Charlottesville area, and offers flexibility for remote work.

    • Work from home hours are permitted, but must be agreed upon in advance with a direct supervisor.
