  • As the Cold Brew Production Associate you will oversee the brewing and kegging of cold brew coffee, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and follow proper operation standards of equipment. You will also execute distribution orders and regularly update sanitation and production logs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 pounds.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Brewing cold brew coffee

    • Maintaining temperature, sanitation, cleaning, and training logs.

    • Packaging cold brew coffee; kegs

    • Washing kegs

    • Quality assurance on canning runs

    • Following SOPs for CIPs on coffee holding tanks

    • Report broken equipment to the manager and repair it when possible

    • Build weekly distribution orders for UNFI and other SiS product pars

    • Input all production numbers into Production Log

    • Input all brew information into the Batch Information Log

    • Organizing compost and recycling drop offs

    • Maintain a clean and organized brewing environment and facility 

    • Tracking inventory for production:

      • Cleaning and Sanitizing Chemicals

      • Liquid nitrogen

      • Cold Brew Beans

      • Filters

      • Brew Bags

      • Pallet Wrap

      • PPE: Gloves, Glasses, Dust Masks

      • Ink and Make-up for date printer

    • Manage clean keg inventory for SIS and Selvedge Brewing

    • Maintain a clean and organized walk-in cooler, including:

      • Remove out of date product

      • Rotate inventory

  • Full-Time

  • $20 / hour
