  • The Cold Brew Production Manager oversees cold brew coffee (cold brew) production, sets weekly production goals, schedules Wholesale order pickups, and maintains production checklists. Responsibilities also include quality control for cold brew, training, and leadership tasks such as hiring and regular meetings with direct reports and the VP of Coffee. They support brewing, packaging, and canning operations, while ensuring a clean and organized brewing environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 pounds.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Set weekly cold brew production goals based on keg report, Wholesale Purchase Orders distribution needs. 

    • Kegs for distribution 

    • Cans for distribution 

    • Wholesale orders 

    • Place weekly bulk whole bean orders with Roastery team based on production needs

    • Schedule and confirm pick up of Wholesale orders, following Sales Director - Wholesale and Key Accounts’ confirmation 

    • Ensures Cold Brew Production team adheres to SOPs and food safety practices.

    • Maintain checklists/jotforms and guidelines 

    • Support the Production & Packaging Lead, as needed with: 

    • Brewing cold brew coffee 

    • Packaging cold brew coffee 

    • Operate canning line 

    • Washing kegs 

    • Updating temperature, sanitation, and cleaning logs. 

    • Maintain a clean and organized walk in cooler 

    • Maintain a clean and organized brewing environment 

    LEADERSHIP 

    Hiring, onboarding, training, holding accountable, and firing individuals under your leadership. 

    Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled check-in’s with all direct reports 

    DIRECT REPORTS: Cold Brew Production and Packaging Lead, Cold Brew Production Assistant

  • Full-Time

  • $50,000 to $55,000 per year
