JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for group revenue streams, ensuring exceptional client experiences through effective communication and coordination. This role also manages donations, develops targeted outreach campaigns, and oversees off-site event fulfillment, working collaboratively with Grit teams to support smooth operations and community engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Group Revenue Streams
Including: off-site catering, shop tabs, pre-order brew boxes; bulk gift cards
Client Communication and Coordination
Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales and fulfillment process.
Coordinate all order details, including customization options, pricing, invoicing and delivery logistics, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Follow up post-event to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Invoicing
Generate invoices and tab tickets, adjust pricing, promptly collect payment, and confirm orders through our point of sale system, Square.
Disclose relevant invoice details with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
Internal Communication
Communicate all order specifics, client preferences, and necessary adjustments with relevant Grit staff, including the warehouse team, shop managers, baristas, and catering teams, to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain regular check-ins with shop leads to assess staff availability and resource allocation, and make adjustments to fulfill client needs efficiently.
Fulfillment/Implementation
Manage the orders through to fulfillment, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Oversee setup and service for off-site catered events, including equipment transport, setup, and breakdown, as needed with the support of the Grit Catering team
Coordinate with Grit Catering team members on staffing, menu choices, and event timelines.
Donations Management
Respond to all donation requests promptly, assessing each for fit with company values and community impact.
Organize incoming donation inquiries, keeping records of requests and outcomes for reporting and future reference.
Collaborate with the leadership team to allocate budget spend on donations, tracking and evaluating impact to optimize community engagement and brand presence.
Clearly communicate the details of each donation with shopleads, relevant shop staff, and the warehouse team, facilitating a smooth and impactful donation.
Drive Group Revenue
Develop targeted campaigns via email, social media, and in-house promotions to grow group sales.
Conduct direct outreach to local businesses, universities, community organizations, and event planners to generate leads and secure group orders.
Continually assess group sales and catering processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Budget Maintenance
Provide monthly reports on sales performance, including group sales revenue, donation impact, and client feedback.
Maintain a detailed donations budget , tracking expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.

This is a hybrid roll, with the expectation that the majority of your work will be remote.
