Job Overview

The Wool Factory is a hospitality destination consisting of multiple event spaces, a modern American restaurant [BROADCLOTH], and a coffee shop/wine bottle shop [THE WORKSHOP].

This position will be predominantly working in The Workshop | A wine bottle shop offering flights, wines by the glass, and bottles to go (or stay!), as well as a coffee shop offering locally roasted Grit coffee. A rotating variety of locally made bread and pastries are available each day.

    • Barista experience a plus but not necessary

    • Willingness to learn about different styles of coffee

    • Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers

    • Maintain coffee supply, coffee brewing equipment

    • Maintain a clean working environment

    • Professional, clean appearance

    • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

    • Handling cash and credit card transactions

    • Must be 21+

    • Serve wine and beer by the glass

    • Sell bottled wine from our curated selection

    • Part-time

    • $12.50 - $15.00 per hour plus tips

    • Tips range from an additional $3-$6 more per hour.

    • Total compensation range $15.50 - $18.50 per hour

    • 6-8 hour shifts

    • Day shift

    • Holidays

    • Weekends

    • Hours per week: 10-19
