Broadcloth - Manager on Duty Track

    • Ensure & maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, such as the condition of the bathrooms, throughout the course of service.

    • Staff will be well versed in all aspects of the Wool Factory in an effort to help cross promote the other aspects of the campus. 

    MOD Responsibilities

    • Ensure customer satisfaction 

    • Assist host, servers and bartenders throughout the shift

    • Conduct staff line up 

    • Attend chef line up

    • Reservation and guest seating strategy 

    • Guest satisfaction 

    • First one in, last one out for each shift 

    • Communicate between the front of house and the back of house teams 

    • Facilitate staff tests and quizzes 

    • Summarize each shift in the daily reporting log

    Service Responsibilities

    • To provide quality and knowledgeable service to the guests. 

    • Table Maintenance and guest satisfaction

    • Running food and drinks to the table

    • Wine service

    • Servers will have a thorough knowledge of the dinner menu, wine list, beer and cocktail program and where special, key ingredients are being sourced. 

    • Servers will work efficiently and as a team to maintain the flow and cleanliness of the restaurant.

    Bar Responsibilities

    • Batch syrups, infusions, and cocktails for Broadcloth 

    • Responsible for building the liquor, produce, and non alcoholic order list for Broadcloth on a weekly basis. Orders will still be reviewed and placed by mgmt.

    • Take the leading role in training new bar staff - ensure all quizzes and tests are completed, progress reports to mgmt, etc

    • Lead continued staff education in regard to alcohol and cocktails.

    • Provide input and feedback to seasonal bar menu

    • To provide quality and knowledgeable service to the guests. 

    • Assist the Service Director with maintaining the Broadcloth Bar Binder, and keeping it up to date

  • We’re looking for someone who is well versed in all front of house service and looking to take their skills to the next level.

    • Requires understanding of each FOH role at a Mastery Level, and to be able to step into any position at any time.

    • Required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

    • Held to the highest standard of knowledge and execution at all times.

    • Restaurant & Bartending experience: 1 year (Preferred)

    • Wine service experience

    • Leadership experience

  • Broadcloth operating hours :

    Thursday - Saturday | 5pm- 10pm

    Sundays 5pm-9pm

    Typical Shift | 3pm-11pm

  • Base hourly rate $21/hr + tips

    Tip average is an additional $3-$5 more per hour, averaging $23 - $26/hr
