Broadcloth - Server / Server Assistant

Job Overview

The Wool Factory seeks to hire individuals with, or without professional hospitality experience who possess the following core traits:

    • Wine experience a plus but not necessary. We offer continuing education and training.

    • Obtain revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment to guest; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.

    • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

    • Flexibility with scheduling

    • Table Maintenance and guest satisfaction

    • Ensure & maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, such as the condition of the bathrooms, throughout the course of service.

    • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time

    • Professional, clean appearance

    • Participate in wine, spirits and menu classes

    • Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Broadcloth operating hours :

    Thursday - Saturday | 5pm- 10pm

    Sundays 5pm-9pm

    Typical Shift | 3pm-11pm

  • $15.50/hr-$22.50/ Average

    Base hourly rate $14.50 + tips
