Selvedge Brewing’s Bellair Brewery Nearing Completion
Since moving into our new Bellair Taproom last February we’ve been hard at work converting the previous Grit Coffee roastery space into an on-site brewery for Selvedge and are very close to the finish line. The brewhouse and fermenters are in place and we’re making final connections – very soon we will be christening the new system which will allow us to brew and cellar a lot more beer.
Grit Coffee Partners with The Chris Long Foundation
We are proud to announce a partnership with The Chris Long Foundation through the release of the limited edition “Kickoff Blend”. A portion of the proceeds from each bag will directly support the Chris Long Foundation and their work on advancing educational equity through their EdZone initiative and expanding clean water access at home and abroad through their Waterboys initiative. Grit Coffee Opens New Shop In Williamsburg
A few months back we opened our first shop outside of Central Virginia in Williamsburg near the College of William & Mary in Midtown Row.
Grit Coffee Is Relocating their Downtown Shop
After more than a decade serving the Downtown Charlottesville community at our shop at 112 W Main Street, we’re excited to announce our move just around the corner to 201 W Water Street. Our new location will feature abundant natural light, excellent visibility, – along with three short-term parking spaces that will allow us to offer quick grab and go service. Keep an eye out for an opening date of the new shop!
